For 100 days, Crape Myrtle continues to blossom through summer until autumn; thus it is named “100 Days Crimson” – SARUSUBERI. Its crimson colour is strikingly beautiful against the blue summer sky.
With shining radiance, SARUSUBERI blooms under a blazing sun. As old bulbs fall, new flowers burst forth with fiery passion. Like a bustling festival, this flower seems to bloom continuously for 100 days from summer to fall.
I am not the only one who looks forward to this festival that occurs just once a year.
