SHIKKOKU (Black Lacquer), bottomless darkness, is the most beautiful and dignified black.
Like layering paint, the sounds of deep and heavy Taiko overlap one another. Sticky and glossy like lacquer, every sound adds depth.
Lacquer black is not an achromatic colour. Instead it is the layering of every colour. We will continue to bang our Taiko until every colour and pattern is seen, heard and felt.
