Over the years, members of Nagata Shachu have composed over 100 original works for performance and recording, sometimes only to be played once. Additionally, the ensemble’s catalogue includes dozens of adapted traditional pieces as well as works by other composers. Each of these songs represents countless hours of composing and rehearsing.
