Beginners Taiko Course commencing Monday, April 2 @ 8:30 pm
When: Mondays at 8:30
PM (90 minutes per class) commencing April 2, 2012.
Duration: 10 weeks
Course Fee: $260 plus cost of drumsticks $12.

Location: 112 Hymus Rd (a short walk from Warden subway station)
Course Description:
Basic drills, form, technique and a traditional song for taiko will be
taught. The course is a lot of fun, a great workout, and helps to improve
musical skills. Although playing taiko can be physically demanding, we
respect everyone's abilities and limitations.
Prerequisite: None.
No previous musical experience is necessary
Intermediate I Taiko course commencing Monday, April 2 @ 7:00 pm
When: Mondays at 7:00
PM (90 minutes per class) commencing April 2, 2012.

A continuation of the beginners course focusing on intermediate level
technique, form and repertoire
Prerequisite: Must have completed beginners taiko course.

Course Description: A continuation of Intermediate I where students
learn new styles of playing and more advanced technique.
Prerequisite: Must have completed one intermediate taiko course.
Advanced II (Taiko Gumi)
